1. Dispatch times

·        We aim to dispatch orders within 2-4 working days, Monday to Friday (excluding UK bank holidays).

·        During busy periods (launches, promotions and holidays), dispatch may take longer. The most accurate estimate is shown at checkout.

2. UK delivery

Delivery options and prices are shown at checkout. Typical options may include:

·        Standard Tracked: [2–4] working days from dispatch.

·        Express Tracked: [1–2] working days from dispatch.

Tracking details are provided by email once your order ships.

3. International delivery

If we offer international delivery, options and estimated timeframes will show at checkout. International customers may be charged import duties, customs fees or local taxes on arrival. These charges are the customer’s responsibility.

4. Delivery issues

·        Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout.

·        If your order is marked delivered but not received, contact us within 7 days so we can investigate with the courier.

·        If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos of the parcel and product.
