1. Trim wick to around 5mm before lighting.
2. Open a window slightly to allow fresh air to circulate.
3. As the candle begins to burn, take three steady breaths and drink a glass of water to mark your reset.
4. Burn for up to 3–4 hours at a time, then extinguish and allow to cool.

• Never leave a burning candle unattended.
• Keep away from children, pets, draughts and anything that can catch fire.
• Always burn on a stable, heat-resistant surface.
• Do not burn for more than 4 hours at a time.
• Stop use when approximately 1cm of wax remains.
• Contains essential oils. Avoid contact with skin and eyes. If contact occurs, rinse with plenty of water.
• If irritation or discomfort occurs, extinguish the candle and ventilate the room.

To get the best from your House of Intent candle, let a full melt pool form every time you burn it – that means waiting until the entire surface of the wax has liquefied before you blow it out. This helps prevent tunnelling (those uneven “craters”) and keeps your candle burning cleanly.
On the very first burn, your candle will need longer than usual. Always allow the top layer of wax to fully liquefy; the exact time will depend on the size of your candle.
For safety, never burn your candle down to the very bottom. Always leave around 1 cm (½ inch) of wax to ensure the flame does not come into contact with the glass.
